How long does the engraving take?
Engraving is done in-house and adds no additional time to your order. Every dopp kit ships within 1–2 business days, engraved or not. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Can I preview my engraving before it ships?
We don't currently offer a digital preview, but our team double-checks every engraving before it leaves our workshop. If you'd like to confirm your design or have a special request, just reply to your order confirmation email — we read every message.
What if I make a typo in my engraving?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it free of charge. After production starts, changes aren't possible — but we offer a 25% discount on a replacement if you'd like to re-order with the correct text.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping typically arrives in 6–7 business days after that. So most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days total. International shipping takes 7–14 business days.
Will it arrive in time for Father's Day?
Yes, if you order by June 10, 2026. Father's Day is June 21, and we recommend ordering at least 11 days in advance to allow for engraving and shipping. Orders placed after June 10 may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary by destination — you'll see the exact cost at checkout. Please note that customs fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
Is the leather real?
Yes — 100% genuine leather. Our Vintage Crazy Horse leather has a hand-waxed finish that develops a unique patina over time. Small marks and color variations are natural and a sign of authenticity, not defects.
Will the engraving fade over time?
No. Our precision laser engraving etches the design into the leather fibers, not just the surface. It's permanent, and like the leather itself, will only deepen in character with age and use.
What can I fit inside?
The interior holds full-size toiletries — think shampoo bottles, cologne, electric razor, shaving brush, toothbrush, and grooming essentials. The wide-mouth opening makes it easy to find what you need, and the water-resistant lining catches any spills.
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for any reason. Even personalized items can be returned if you're not satisfied. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
What does your Quality Guarantee cover?
If you experience defects in materials or craftsmanship within the first year, we'll repair or replace your bag at no cost. This covers stitching, hardware, and leather defects — but not normal wear, water damage from submersion, or improper care.
How do I care for my leather dopp kit?
Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and let it air-dry naturally — never put it in direct sunlight or near a heater. Apply leather conditioner every 6 months to keep it supple. A care card is included with every order.
