2.Shipping fee
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.Exclude taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer is not paying customs duties will not be able to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize DollzBJD to import your product on your behalf and agree to DollzBJD delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon the arrival of your order based on the product value.
4.Handling time
All BJD dolls and accessories in our store are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, the production process for made-to-order items takes approximately 60-90 business days. This timeframe allows for the careful sculpting, painting, and assembly of each piece, ensuring a one-of-a-kind creation that meets our exacting standards.
For items marked as "In Stock," we typically ship within 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as it is dispatched.

5. Additional Information
Please be aware that the above handling times are estimates. Given the handmade nature of all our products, production timelines may be extended due to the complexity of the craftsmanship or the availability of materials. Shipping schedules may also be subject to changes caused by external factors beyond the control of DollzBJD and our logistics partners. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical disruptions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
