2. Returns
All of our products are handmade to order. Therefore, we only offer returns or exchanges if the product has a quality issue or does not match the specifications of your order. Returns for reasons other than these will not be accepted.
Please reach out to our team within 7 days of receiving your product. We do not accept any returns or refunds after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the product's original packaging and any other packing materials must remain intact.
3. Refunds
Since our products are custom-made to order, refunds without a justified reason are not accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card or original payment method.
The processing time for the refund may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order's specifications, please reach out to our customer service team, we will guide you through the process.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

All of our products are handcrafted to order, and we do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.
