DollzBJD offers the most flexible and convenient layaway plan. You can pay the total amount in installments within the agreed time frame, with the first payment being 30% of the total amount. On our product page, you can easily choose between full payment or a layaway plan without complicated procedures.

The default layaway plan is for 3 months. If you wish to extend the plan or delay a payment, please let us know in advance.

The first payment is 30% of the total price, followed by monthly payments based on the number of installments (default is 3 months), with one payment due each month. All layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All pre-ordered items are made to order and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.

If you would like to extend the layaway plan or delay a payment, please inform us in advance. Orders that have not been paid for more than two weeks will be canceled. You can always pay off the remaining balance of your layaway plan early.

If your pre-ordered item arrives before your layaway payments are completed, you can choose to pay off the remaining balance early, and the item will be shipped within the next few business days. Otherwise, the item will be shipped after your final payment is made.

Shipping fees are not included in the layaway payments; you can view your shipping fees at checkout.

Please note that layaway payments are non-refundable, so please carefully consider your choice before opting for the layaway plan.

You will receive an email to inform you of the tracking link after sending out the package!

2.Shipping fee

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3.Exclude taxes

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer is not paying customs duties will not be able to process the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize DollzBJD to import your product on your behalf and agree to DollzBJD delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon the arrival of your order based on the product value.

4.Handling time

After placing your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your items. This is our standard handling time, and we always strive to send out your products as quickly as possible.

5. Additional Information

Please be aware that the above handling times are estimates. Given the handmade nature of all our products, production timelines may be extended due to the complexity of the craftsmanship or the availability of materials. Shipping schedules may also be subject to changes caused by external factors beyond the control of DollzBJD and our logistics partners. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical disruptions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.
