How long does shipping take?
Standard US orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days after that. Express options are available at checkout. We ship to over 200 countries — international delivery is typically 10–14 days.
Is the engraving really free? How does it work?
Yes — engraving is included at no extra cost. Pick from our 16 hand-drawn designs above. The engraving is done by laser on the leather surface and is permanent — it won’t fade, peel, or rub off. If you want a fully custom design or want to add initials, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
What’s the difference between Brown and Coffee?
Brown is a warm, mid-tone vintage tan that develops a rich amber patina over time. Coffee is a deeper, darker tone — closer to espresso — that ages into a near-black with character marks. Both are full-grain Crazy Horse leather, just different finishes.
How big is it? Will it fit my toiletries?
The bag measures 9.05" × 3.93" × 4.72" — large enough to hold full-size shampoo, cologne, electric razor, toothbrush kit, deodorant, and a few smaller items with room to spare. It’s TSA-friendly as a carry-on accessory.
Will scratches or marks ruin the leather?
The opposite — Crazy Horse leather is designed to develop character. Small scratches blend in and become part of the patina. A light rub with a clean cloth (or even your thumb) is usually enough to blend any mark. This isn’t a leather that needs to stay perfect.
What’s your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked, on unengraved items. Engraved/personalized items can be returned only if there’s a manufacturing defect — we’ll replace or refund those at no cost. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Is this gift-ready out of the box?
Yes. Every bag arrives inside a premium cotton dust bag, packed in a kraft gift box with a leather care card. You can hand it over directly without additional wrapping. Free handwritten note option available at checkout.
Do you offer bulk pricing for groomsmen orders?
Yes. Orders of 4 or more receive 15% off automatically at checkout. You can also assign different engravings to each bag — just leave a note at checkout with the assignments, or email us after ordering.
